May 2007

All members who sign up for Online Banking, E-Bill Pay, or E-Statements during the month of May will be put into a drawing for a $100 Best Buy gift card.  Gift card will be awarded the beginning of June.

April 2007

All members who apply for a 1st mortgage, Home Equity, or auto loan during April, May and/or June will be put into a drawing for a vacation giveaway. Giveaway includes hotel accomodations for 2 nights, 3 days at over 300 locations (same package as last year's auto promotion) and will be awarded the beginning of July.

In order to be eligible, all application requirements must be met for type of loan (completed application, paystub, insurance, driver's license, deed, etc.)

Youth Week April 22-28th

This year Eagle One Federal Credit Union will be celebrating Youth Week by offering FREE Six Flag tickets!  Any child or teenager between the ages of 5 and 17 are eligible to win.  All you have to do is pick up an entry according to your age and return it to Eagle One FCU during Youth Week.  Entries include a coloring page for young children (ages 5 -7), a word search for older children (ages 8 -12) and a separate word search for teenagers (ages 13 -17).

All materials are available online or at any branch location.  Completed entries must be submitted by April 28th.  If you have a question or would like an entry mailed to you, call any of our offices.

IMPORTANT SECURITY CHANGES FOR ONLINE BANKING: 21-MAR-07

Effective March 21, 2007, Eagle One FCU will be implementing an upgraded version of our Online Banking. Upon logging in, you will be prompted to set up a PassMark Image and Phrase as well as answer Challenge Questions. This upgrade is to provide added security to your account. If you have any questions or concerns please contact any of our offices.

   URGENT NOTICE: 15-MAR-07

  This afternoon a member stopped by one of our offices asking about an e-mail they received claiming

   to be from NCUA (National Credit Union Administration) that requested the member provide their

  personal and credit union account (Credit / Debit Card) information.   Please be advised that this is a 

  PHISHING scam aimed at gathering your personal and account  information and that Eagle One

  Federal Credit Union and NCUA will NEVER ask you to provide this  information via e-mail. If you

  have  been a victim of this scam please contact the Credit Union  IMMEDIATELY!

  Also, you can forward the message directly to PHISHING@NCUA.GOV and file a complaint through the

  Internet Crime Complaint Center (an FBI - NW3C partnership) at http://www.ic3.gov/ .

  As always, be sure to review your account activity for anything suspicious in your monthly/quarterly

  statements.
